The Conference is a combination of keynotes, panels, posters, program information sessions, discussions of research trends, and principal investigator meetings with NSF program directors. The following are the main themes:

Nanotechnology for sustainable nanomaterials and a clean geo-environment, Nano EHS to concurrently monitor and improve the environment and health, Evidence-based ELSI knowledge, attitude and practice, Education and Sustainable NanotechnologyPoster sessions with a focus on research and education projects, centers, and partnerships will be held on both days
